The Shadow Security Mail Hosting Department guarantee no more than two (2) hours of service downtime within business hours (08:00 - 18:00 AEST) within the period of one calendar month. This statement is true excepting in the situation of Emergency Maintenance for Security reasons, whereby service will be suspended until further notice. If service downtime exceeds 2 hours within a calendar month then clients are eligibile to 1 month of hosting credited to their account.

Please Note: If Hosting Services are suspended due to an offence on behalf of the client this period will not be counted towards service downtime in order to obtain credit compensated to their account.
