The Shadow Security E-mail Hosting Despartment maintains a strict zero tolerance to both incoming and outgoing E-mail Abuse. Whilst extensive efforts are made to make this tolerance level a reality, the elimination of incoming E-mail Abuse can never be guaranteed.

The Shadow Security Mail Servers are configured with a highly intelligent and constantly evolving anti-Spam Filtering System. This mechanism is complemented by a feature enabling clients to submit unsolicted messages which have eluded the filter, thereby training the system to be more effective against similar messages in the future.

Alternatively, if outgoing E-mail Abuse is detected consequences can range from account suspension to immediate reporting to the appropriate National Authorities. As detailed on the E-mail Abuse Definition Page, mass E-mailing is permitted when recipients have been declared as willing to receive such E-mails and continually instructed of the "Opt-Out" procedure.
