Web Site Content Restrictions

The Shadow Security Web Hosting Department maintains a strict zero tolerance to Restricted Material. Material uploaded to our servers are frequently monitored and assessed. In the event that material of this (or similar) nature is discovered and is due to fault of the client, the respective account's Contact Person will be informed of the incident and issued a formal warning. A second offence will result in the account being suspended with the remainder of the hosting contract forfeited. In this situation the appropriate authorities will be informed. The length of the account suspension will be dynamically determined at the discretion of Shadow Security. Please Note: Under some circumstances the suspension period may extend for the remainder of the paid contract.

Whilst the above applies to restricted content, illicit or banned material will result in instant account suspension and the case will be reported to the Australian Federal Police or other applicable authority. In order to support such authorities Shadow Security advise their clients that Official Computer Forensics Personnel will be granted unrestricted access to all data and activity logs without hesitation.
