Consultation Policies

Shadow Security strive to maintain a high level of respect from all clients, complemented by a friendly business relationship with any party with whom we deal with. All of our labour work is based upon a model to guarantee your satisfaction irrespective of your I.T. needs. If any portion of our services do not meet your standards, i.e. by not alleviating the respective problem or requirement to the best degree currently possible, we will disregard charges for the relevant services.

These conditions are excepted when an authorised person from the client company or family has signed a Declaration that the work has been completed to satisfaction. Prior to this being signed a Shadow Security staff member must demonstrate the functionality where applicable and adequately prove that the service has indeed been completed to satisfaction.
